East Lancashire Choir

Having celebrated its 50th year the choir, based in Blackburn, has some 40 members drawn from the local hospital and community trusts. We are a happy band made up of a wide range of personnel employed within the NHS across East Lancashire. In addition we have retired staff and friends who continue to add their voices!

We rehearse each Wednesday evening from 7:30pm to 9:15pm. We use the auditorium at The Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital Learning Centre. We start in early September under the skilful direction of Eric Millest and eagerly look forward to performing at the carol concerts with the other choirs at the beginning of December.

We very much appreciate the support and encouragement that The East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust has given us not only this year, but throughout the history of the choir.
